Account deletion

Delete account

CurbSnap is published by United Integrated Support Services, LLC (“we”, “us”). This page is how you request deletion of your CurbSnap account and the shared-book data we store for that Google-linked account. Contact: [email protected].

How to request

Email [email protected] from the Google account you signed in with. Ask to delete the CurbSnap account and associated shared-book data. Include the Google email on the account.

What we delete

Shared-book cloud data for that Google-linked account is stored in Firebase we operate. When we process the request we remove that account and its associated shared-book data from our Firebase.

What stays on your phone

Local Personal, Business, and Work books stay on the phone until you uninstall the app or delete them in the app. We do not receive those books unless they were copied into a shared book.

Shared books and teammates

Other co-owners of a shared book keep their copy. Deleting your account does not wipe teammates’ copies.

Billing

Google Play billing records stay with Google. We do not collect payment card details.

Android Backup

Android Backup and device transfer are your Google or device backup, not our Firebase. We cannot delete that for you.

Retention

Our privacy policy does not define a retention period. After we process the request we do not keep a separate archive of that account’s shared-book data.
